About UsLynne Chapman and Marilyn Beaumont are Considered Response.Together, they provide qualitative recruitment and research services in Nottingham and Derby.
Marilyn Beaumont and Lynne Chapman first met at a training day for new recruiters being run by QRS in Nottingham in October 1984. At that time Marilyn was an English teacher and Lynne was a librarian. To this day neither of them can remember how the decision to work together came about, although Lynne remembers being asked for a lift home by a very assertive lady who lived near her. The rest is history. We recruited our first groups in November 1984 (on tea bags and writing paper) and since then have recruited for over 3000 projects. During some of that time both of us continued to work in other fields as well: Marilyn carrying on first in teaching and latterly in property management and Lynne as: a librarian; clerk to the board of an FE college; an administrator for the CIPD; a researcher in divorce mediation; a researcher for the NHS, an information manager running a team of volunteers for an arthritis charity and, currently, administrator of The Stephen Sondheim Society. So we are both well-used to working with all different sectors of the community. Considered Response offer a range of recruitment and moderation services. We are members of the following professional bodies:
